What service providers need to compete and grow.
Multi-tenancy, branding, integrated communications, resilient operations, and economics that improve with scale.
True Multi-Tenancy
One platform serving many isolated tenants — not one instance per customer. Tenant isolation, per-tenant billing data, role-based admin.

Start on one server and move to a cluster later on a supported path, adding telephony workers as call volume grows. Same platform and same admin tools throughout — no moving customers to a different product.

Frequently asked questions
What is Thirdlane?
Thirdlane is a multi-tenant, white-label communications platform that MSPs and communications service providers use to deliver voice and unified communications under their own brand. It combines business voice and Connect apps with optional contact center, CRM, business messaging, and AI modules in one system you can run on your own infrastructure or have Thirdlane operate for you.
Who is Thirdlane for?
Primarily MSPs, ITSPs, telcos, and UCaaS providers hosting voice and unified communications for their own customers. Enterprise IT teams running communications for a single organization across multiple sites are served too, through a partner or integrator.
How can Thirdlane be deployed?
A provider can self-host the multi-tenant platform or have Thirdlane operate it under the provider’s brand. MSPs and integrators can also deliver a dedicated environment for one customer.
Is Thirdlane white-label?
Yes. Supported provider and tenant logos, names, and colors can be applied across selected platform and Connect surfaces. Custom mobile application artifacts and store-publishing assistance are separately scoped.
Who owns the customer relationship?
The service provider does. Branding, pricing, billing, and the relationship with end customers stay with the provider whether you operate the multi-tenant platform or have Thirdlane operate it under your brand. Thirdlane does not sell communications services to your end customers.
Choose how you want to operate.
Run Thirdlane on your infrastructure or have us operate it for you — while you retain your brand, pricing, and customer relationships.
