We were looking to modify MoH when we realized that it plays the same hold music for everyone all the time. It doesn't choose anything except "macroform-robot_dity" every time.
We set some custom MoH with 4 songs and we noticed that the "random" option doesn't do anything. It to plays the same song over and over and doesn't touch the other 3.
Can anyone else confirm this?
I have attached a picture of how I set up the custom MoH.

I had this issue as well. Make sure that you have the uploaded music formatted in the correct format, I had an issue with this. Also I ended up creating a separate MOH repository and now in tenants I have multiple selections, DEFAULT and the new one that I created. Let me know if this helps, or if you need more details.
