Ability to add Descriptions to DIDs while adding them

When adding a list of DIDs into the system, it can get tedious having to click "Add DIDs", then go back and find that DID, then select it, then add a description, then click "Set Description for Selected". It would be nice if it would let us add the description for a single or even a sequence of DIDs when adding them, that would store into the database when clicking "Add DIDs"
