Hello
We have a couple of customers that are interested of connect their CRM system with the Thirdlane platform. Since the CRM system are ran from a virtual server we can´t use any softphone on the virtual server.
We found that Activa Asterisk TSP might work. There is only one problem regarding the Activa Asterisk TSP. When I try to dial a number from a dialer in Windows i the Thirdlane are calling the number I have entered and my own voice mail. Not the device connected to my extension.
If someone have used Active Asterisk TSP before please give me a hint on where im wrong. Here are my credentials.
Line DN: my extension number
Line Prefix: nothing
Caller ID Name: my extension number
Context:
Outgoing: from-inside-tenant name
Agent: from-inside-tenant name (we don´t use this right now)
Asterisk Connection:
Works fine, i have set the read and write credentials for the user to all just to make sure nothing is wrong there.
Hope someone have used Active Asterisk TSP

Hello, Sorry I haven´t
Hello,
Sorry I haven´t answered but I have had my hands full here.
We have a customer that provides a CRM system to a bunch of customers and they are interested in interact the CRM system with the Thirdlane platform. Unfortunately are the only way to connect phones from the CRM system via TAPI to a softphone or hardphone. There are drivers to both phone models but they are hosting the CRM system on Windows servers so the customers uses remote desktop when they are working in the CRM system and they don´t want to have telephone calls through their virtual server.
Therefore we were looking for a client that connects to the CRM system via TAPI on one side and then to the Asterisk platform on the other side.
I sure hope this is not MTE considering the way you just pulled your pants down and stuck your hole in the air to get screwed. How about you just send me the $2000 right now to the email at the bottom of my signature since you're just going to let someone make free international calls off your box via this giant hole in your security :-)
