Call Center Reports

Hello,

On every CDR Analytics or call center reports that is including a GRAPH, the Export to PDF brings an empty PDF file containing only a header similar to this :

pragma: no-cache
Expires: Thu, 1 Jan 1970 00:00:00 GMT
Cache-Control: no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate
Cache-Control: post-check=0, pre-check=0
Content-type: text/csv
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename=report.csv

Using latest thirdlane 8.1.1.2; doing this since lower versions and that makes call center reports & CDR analytics reports useless for many customer since csv export requires too many formatting to make it readable

Opened a ticket on helpdesk.thirdlane.com on AUG 18 and still did not head be from any one... (#EQD-811-91699). Ticket still unassigned as Sept 15.... kinda discouraged since we bought our thirdlane server 6 months ago and left by ourself on many requests
