I am running the current version of TL non tenant version. When I use Call Forward All Calls, if I call the forwarded extension and it is set to ring another internal extension, when the call forward timer for the ringing extension expires I get the voicemailmail box of the original called extension. Pretty standard and the outcome I want. When I all in from a Dahdi line and receive the Auto Attendant greeting and dial the forwrded extension, same thing happens, except when the call forwards to voicemail I get the mailbox of the forwarded to extension. Is there a setting for this?

its about timers.. your forwarded call has a timer, but the called extension also has a timer.. the shortest timer to expire will invoke that voicemail.
