Call Park Announce of Location (Using Yealink Phones Call Park)

We have come across some unusual behaviour when call parking.  In theory, when the call is parked (to location 700), it should announce the parking location (usually 701) before hangup and completing the parking.

This is using the Yealink phones call park feature on a DSS key to 700(in transfer mode.  FAC mode doesn't seem to work)

1. Outbound call park (rarely used)
   1. TL 8.3.1.2 : Works as expected
   2. TL 12.0.1.129 : Hangs up before the location can be heard, although in the console, can see that plays the digits but there is an error after the first digit is played  "chan_sip.c:24626 handle_response_notify: Got OK on REFER Notify message"

2. Inbound call park (the way normally used)

            No location played on either release platform.  In the console, there is no location played.

If use the attended transfer, it does work, but this is more complicated for the user, and requires all the DSS keys to work as attended transfer.

Any ideas of a workaround on this?
