Call queue question.

Hello

Seems like i have some problem regarding the announcement both to the caller and the agent.

1. is it possible to put a welcome message before the caller hears a beep or the hold time.
2. if i change the Announcement to agent from a recorded prompt to "None" and update the system, the recorded prompt is still the one that are playing when the agent takes the call. If i check the queue.conf i cant find anything with that says agent-announce. It was there before when i had chosen my own recording.
3. if i turn on recordings i get this in the queue.conf: monitor-format=gsm. I guess thats right, but i cant find anything when i try looking in call history and recorded calls. Have i missed out any configuration?

Im using the test version for MTE version PBX Manager 6.0.1.72
