I am not able to perform a pickup using "*8"...This is a straight pickup, haven't started to use park yet.
If I grep /etc/asterisk for "*8" I dont' see it in the dialplan anywhere.
I don't see where to add additional pickup groups & call groups. All the users are set to Based on Tenant ID.
Anyone using pickup?

It had: pickupexten = **
It had:
pickupexten = ** ; Configure the pickup extension. Default is *8
Changed it to:
pickupexten = *8 ; Configure the pickup extension. Default is *8
It works great now....thanks for the tip!

what is the value of pickupexten in your features.conf?
