Can not listen to or download recording from Windows Connect client

An extension is set to record calls but can not listen to them via the Connect Client.

They can listen via the user panel.

When you try to download a call via the client you get a 4K HTML file, attached in the next post. If you click the play button, it changes to pause but nothing happens.

We have a let's encrypt certificate.
