cant log into GUI error in thirdlane debu phonehome.pl

So i currently cant log into the GUI of my thirdlane MT server (sort of half loads the page but never finishes) and digging around in the logs i found this entry in the thirdlane debug log

Is that related to the licensing server which thirdlane needs to contact when you log into the GUI?

I've previously run into the GUI not working before due to the licensing server not being contactable.

I've restarted apache & mysql, turn off the firewall, still no luck, thats the only thing i can see in any logs which is throwing an error.

Asterisk is still humming along, calls in and out are working fine, just cant access the GUI.
