because they use a Broadsoft
because they use a Broadsoft switch? Hate those things... you'd have to alter your outbound calling script to re-write the diversion header using whatever info you need to put into the URI. If you can do it, its not too hard. If not, it shouldnt take too much paid consulting to knock out in quick succession.
I am not sure if I understood what you are trying to do and where?
