We are working on improving CRM integration, and are considering a different approach to what is currently implemented. The new approach may break current installations of V7, so we would like to know how many customers may be affected. We are also interested in knowing which CRMs you or your customers currently use and how.

Well, since we did not support Microsoft Dynamics, we are unlikely to break anything if we use the new approach :).
Would you be interested if we provided integration with Microsoft Dynamics in the future? If so, I would be happy to discuss that.
No one is using CRMs and cares about integration? I am surprised :)
