Custom Dialstring and Caller ID

I have been testing ThirdLane and are having 2 issues here.

1. I register my voip Service to Snom with a DID/Password, but Thirdlane sends the call to the Registrar as: sip:anonymous@my-registrar-ip

Header from Registrar
From: "anonymous" ;tag=as5aac6175

Which however results in 404 Unknown User

in >sip show registry
I can see the DID registered to it, and Inbound works perfectly too.

Which setting will remove the "anonymous" part and the Caller ID goes normal.

Secondly, in our other asterisks we have, for Cutom Trunks, we just sent calls as:

Custom Dial String: SIP/$OUTNUM$@my-voip-router:5060

But its not working like that in ThirdLane, neither any example is shown in ManagerAdminGiude.pdf.

I would like to know the format of the custom dialstring.

Note: I am using ThirldLane Multi Tenant.
