We have an ivr menu that is in an exit context from our queue that has options to either leave a message or to use the dial by name directory. The dial by name directory works if the person is there otherwise it keeps on ringing until the person is hungup upon them are there other and better ways to implement what we want is for the queue to be able to be exited to either leave a message or use the dial by name directory.
