If I change the Default External Caller ID* save it and reload the caller id will not change.
If I change Allow tenant to manage Caller IDs to no then I can change it.
but if I switch back to NOT Allowing tenant to manage Caller IDs the caller id for the default callerid will change back to an old callerid that is not there any more.
Where do I change teh globla default callerid?

each and every extension..
each and every extension.. unfortunately some decision was made that for each and every extension, when you select 'use default', it actually stores the damn tenant default number in the ASTDB for that extension. this means that if you change your company callerid, you have to go into each and every damn extension and save the changes there as well just to get it to re-write this new 'default' value into the astdb for each extension. IMO it makes more sense to have 'use default' to delete every damn entry out of the ASTDB for that extension so that the default is stored in ONE PLACE and that an absence of the callerid value allows the dialplan code to fall back to the default.
We also experience this...
Anybody have any ideas?
