For some reason the directory feature of our PBX has not worked correctly since we set it up. Dialing the first three letters of someone's name will not bring any results, however after the message stating that no results were found, dialing the same three letters a second time will work correctly. This is 100% consistent. I'm not seeing any errors in the console, although I may not know what I'm looking for.
Were running 6.0.1.76. If anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate it!

6.0.1.76 is NOT an asterisk version, that's a version of THIRDLANE. You must possess a specific level of knowledge in order to provide the needed information for others to solve your problem. You just called an auto mechanic and said 'I have this car thingie and when I hit the window button it doesn't go down... btw its a yellow car, can you help me?'
you didnt specify asterisk version, and you didnt specify if you ran a dtmf debug to see if you were having dtmf digit problems.
