Currently, I am taking DIDs and passing it to an Adtran via the dialout-1-trunk method where it'll strip the DID down to the last 4 digits and pipe it to the Adtran then Prem PBX.
We are trying to test a failover scenario that I need to have the inbound router first try one trunk at IP 4.4.4.4 and if that circuit is down, try trunk 2 at IP 5.5.5.5.
Is there a reason why dialout-2-trunks only works for outbound routes and not inbound routes?
Can it be used for inbound routes in the manner described above?
Thanks,
