In the tenant screen I have the Maximum number of concurrent calls set to 15.
In the Queue screen I have the Maximum Callers in Queue set to 15.
Does the Maximum number of Concurrent calls include the maximum callers in Queue?
In other words if the queue is running at max (15 people waiting for an agent) and I try to make an outbound call would it fail. Or does it only consider agents on actual calls as a concurrent call?
