engaged tone and voicemail

Hello,

our customer wants to have engaged tone when on the phone and forwarded to voicemail when the call is not answered.
Is there any way to set this up?

Hello,

is this even possible to set-up? When the voicemail is enabled for extension all calls are automatically forwarded to voicemail when the extension is busy or nobody answers the call. How can I play busy tone when the extension is busy but send it to voicemail when nobody answers the call?

Please advise.

do I have to do all the thinking for you? make a feature code that does nothing but runs the Busy() application.
