Is there a way that you can see if an extension is on the phone from a phone.
I have a customer that wants to have all phone extensions on thier phone and see if their dnd or on the phone.

wont show DND, but the BLF or 'buddy watching' feature will let you know when an extension is in use. IF your wanting to see every single other phone, thats going to involve a more expensive phone with LCD expansion modules like the polycom 650 with the expansion modules. How many extensions do you need to watch? These phones have an upper limit to the number of BLF they support. If you have more extensions than that, you would need to step into software such as iSymphony in order to see all the phones and if they are in use or not.
