failed transfer issue

New installation from ISO and having issues with failed blind transfer. If call is blind transferred (##) to an invalid extension the call is returned to the calling party (customer) instead of the extension that tried to transfer it.
Any guidance on what settings I can correct or add would be appreciated.

Be interested to see if that is possible. Generally a blind transfer connects the outside party to where you transfer it.

Are they using an analog extension, is that why they do ##?

No, not an analog phone. ## was the default set in manager.conf by the Thirdlane ISO install.
I could change it to #1 but I don't think it would make any difference.
A failed transfer should always return to the device that initiated the transfer not the original calling party.
