Of all the tenants and extensions on the system there a just a couple (my office extension is one of them) where when I answer the ringing extension it asks me to "press 1 to accept the call". Plenty of other tenants us FMFM without this occurring. Any thoughts as to why this is happening and how I can clear it?
It should ring the cellphones at the same time it rings the SIP extension, but if the SIP extension is answered it should not ask for call acceptance.

I checked
I checked the screening page and screening is disabled and the "Play caller announcement" is unchecked.
On the forwarding page call acceptance is checked. When I answer the cell phone it asks to press 1 as it should, but if I answer my SIP phone it also asks to press 1 and there it should not.
This condition is only happening with 2 extensions each on different tenants. One extension is about a year old, the other I built two days ago.

the 'press 1 to accept the call' is a feature of call screening. you need to disable all call screening options
this could be enabled in 2 places..
in forwarding thers a box that says 'confirm call acceptance'
in screening there is a box labeled 'Play caller announcement while in follow-me mode'
either of these selected have the ability to play that recording you just heard.
