Hi all,
I have incoming calls coming into a queue, then being picked up by Receptionists, who then transfer the call to the user. Currently I have it set that if the call isn't answered by the user in 30 seconds, it is using Find Me/Follow Me to ring all the reception phones again.
What I would like is to put it back into the Reception queue though, but I don't see any way to have an "extension number" for the queue?
Can anyone assist?

Transferring to a queue
Hi guys,
Managed to work it out, add the following into the relevant section in extensions.include file:
exten => 8000,1,Macro(tl-queue,Reception-Queue,,,)
Where in this case 8000 is the number I am assigning to the queue.

I guess you just need to create new feature code and assign the "go to queue" script.
Then just assign the feature code to find me/follow me.
