I have two customers with Grandstream 8 and 4 port ATA devices. Since I upgraded to 1.8 now those devices always show restricted when they call out. I have checked the Send Anonymous setting and it is set properly. they have not dialed the send all anonymous code and just to be sure I checked it myself turned it on via code and checked the setting and it was set to yes. then I turned it off via the code and it was set to no. I thought it was operator error at first until my other customer reported the same problem. It does not occur on my Linksys devices.

That was the first thing I looked at...
I checked both codes and that was not the problem. I turned it on and off via the codes. Still does not work.

what about the block callerid feature? on linksys customers would occasionally dial the feature code that turned on/off callerid blocking. Then they would complain about this exact problem. I go in, find that they're currently blocking callerid on a few of their lines. Talked to the customer, they said disable the feature entirely so that *67 no long works... and problem fixed.
