Dear Alex,

We got so many complaints like this from our customers Sip 100@19.89.90.98 (IP address).
whenever they are get this type calls continouesly if they answers the calls nothing voice is will be there. It will become silent all the time. why we are receiving this knid of calls is there any problem?
we have multiple of versions of Asterisk not only one complaints we got more from different people and different Asterisk versions. why these kind of calls are generating from every different netwroks.
Can you please let me know if you can give some permanent solutions for this kind of issues.

Thanks

the problem isnt your thirdlane, the problem is your poor securing of the network. Someone is hacking your phones. Eventually they will trick the phone into giving up its credentials and then they will start running up a lot of international calls at your expense. I have seen companies suffer 10K in damages in just a few hours. This is the price you pay for choosing to take the easy way out instead of mandating a voice vlan that cannot accessed by local or remote pc's.
