Does anyone know if the Ingenius Connector can work with thirdlane? We have a customer wanting to integrate their Sales Force CRM so that whenever a call is made or received, it is annotated in their SF account. I know that the connect is simply an XML file imported to SF Admin and then the Ingenius Connector basically registers as that particular extension but I am not sure...
If anyone has integrated a TAPI solution like this please let us know. Basically, we have many potential clients that we cannot move forward with unless we have a solution for them.
