Manage call transfer restrictions

Hi,

Is there any solution to manage restrictions on call transfers per user extension using PBX Manager (installed version 6.0.1.78)?
We would like to separate the call transfer permissions from dialing permissions because we need, for example, some user extensions to have the possibility to perform outbound calls to some destinations but to deny the call transfers to external destinations.

that is not possible in any B2BUA. A transfer is simply an outbound call with the original caller inserted into the media stream. Once you make a NORMAL outbound call, all dialplan stops once the other end has connected. It looks like any ordinary outbound call. Then you hit transfer and the pbx bridges the original leg into the media stream and backs you out of the media stream.

you have cdr, just use the typical threatening of their job if they abuse the system.
