It's hard to compete when your product is "free" to a large portion of your competitors user base because you bundle it in with one of your most popular subscriptions.
It circles back to my earlier comments about Thirdland and your direction on Connect. Focusing on implementing UC features is a recipe for the death of Thirdlane.
Give yourself and PBXaaS providers a fighting chance by merely focusing on and doing telephony excellent and stay at the forefront of telephony technology.
