Could anybody give me some pointers on the migration assistant?
We have a number of hosted FreePBX systems, and I am expermenting with Thirdlane.
I have tried entering the details but the system just says it cannot connect:
Fri Jul 29 10:57:58 2016 Export/Import started
Fri Jul 29 10:58:03 2016 Could not connect to remote server
Fri Jul 29 10:58:03 2016 Export failed
On the one I am trying to import at the moment I have basic auth setup on the web interface but no FreePBX login requirement Is it the web auth that is causing the problem? Or is it the self-signed certificate error likely to be the cause?
Where can I look to try to troubleshoot the connectivity problem?

FreePBX and Elastix migration support is on "your mileage may vary" as there is no standard API to access FreePBX so we are doing our best - which may not always be enough :).
If you could send me access info to a couple of FreePBX servers we could try the migration..
