New tenant no DID bug /

Posted by George on Wed, 02/17/2010

okay I just noticed this on one of our servers.. I created a new tenant, I went to DID section and the listing was set to current tenant which I like but of course there are not DID's listed yet.

The problem is the Add DIDs line is not there, the page is 3 pages wide, you change the setting to ALL for example "really anything what has a DID" and the Add DIDs line appears.. and the page size goes back to normal..

just thought you should know.. really should be in a big report section but there isn't one..

While I'm here, can anyone tell me what the "Used for this Tenant's Routes" in the select from pull down is for..? I set it and get routes "DIDs" for all tenants BUT not all DIDs. this server has about 800 DIDs on it and only about 500 are listed..

any clue what this is suppose to do..?

Thanks
George

George,

Thanks for reporting - this is a bug and it is going to be fixed in the next release.

"Used for this Tenant's Routes" is supposed to show all the DIDs for the current tenant that have associated inbound routes. It is not supposed to show DIDs for all the tenants - if it does than something is wrong and I'll look into that.

Added a second DID to a tenant. Doesn't show up
so can't assign it.

After editing dids.txt manually and reloading the
page, the DID showed up.

When will this be fixed?

Which version of PBX Manager?

What did dids.txt look like when you added the DID?

Did you assign the DID to tenant?

What was the selector (All, assigned, etc) at the time

What do you mean by editing dids.txt manually?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
PBX Manager 6.0.1.76
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Original:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
[1234567890]
assigned=Tenant1
[1234567891]
assigned=
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

After Editing Manually with nano:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
[1234567890]
assigned=Tenant1
[1234567891]
assigned=Tenant1
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The selector was at "All" or "Current Tenant",
but only old DID showed up either way.

After editing manually, and reloading,
the 2nd DID showed up and I went
on my merry way.
