I am trying to setup an inbound route to an extension, I setup everything selecting for script 'go to user extension'. I then get the option for user extension below that but nowhere to select or input the extension number.
I have 50 extensions setup on the PBX.

Is there a chance that you first installed multi-tenant and then single tenant or anything like that?
