I am attempting to turn off ringing notification on a monitored extension. I have changed in the general section of sip.conf the notifyringing to no (notifyringing=no). Yet when a monitored extension is ringing I get a wonderful blinking light.
Has anyone been able to get this to not notify (short of removing the subscription)

I have attempted this now on a fresh load (non-TL_ISO) with Asterisk 1.6.0.26 and TL MTE 6.0.1.79 / Snom Handsets.
Having the same issue. For fun i put the notifyringing=no under the user extension as well. Same results.
== Extension Changed 1000[local-extensions-FUSE3] new state Ringing for Notify User 1002-FUSE3
Any pointers where to start checking?
