I'm testing out a demo of the product (MTE). It's a little bit of relearning from what I'm used to (freepbx) but it's not that bad.
My question goes... Right now in our office in freepbx when nobody answers a support queue, it rings a ring group of 3 cell phone numbers for 20 seconds, then leaves a message in a generic extension that gets the VM email emailed out.
I'm trying to re-create this feature and under the hunt group settings there's "other numbers to dial" and I can't quite seem to get the format correct. It always only calls the 1st number in the list but not all.
In freebpx I just created custom extensions to the cell #, added them to a ring group with the timeout set to the VM box. Very simple. I don't even see a place to create said custom extensions like Local/1234567890@from-internal
