PBX Set to After Hours Mode

Hello,

I am new to Thirdlane and am trying to get some training but in the meantime I am on her to ask for advice and help.

We have a Thirdlane System and to set the system to after hours, reception at 5:30PM on their SNOM 870 phones have to press *52 (Tick button on phone) to set the system to after hours.

Problem is reception forget at times so can I run this command from home in the PBX Command Line screen?

Also is there a way to set the system to automatically go to after hours from 530 PM till 8:30AM?

There are 2 options available in Thirdlane for routing inbound calls - Operator Managed or Time Range based routes. You can specify as many time ranges as you need (look at the examples) - an then have different call handling at different, days, time of day, etc
