Hey gang, does anyone know if the caller ID Name can be populated into the CRM pop-up URL? Currently the only thing in the documentation is ${PHONE} for the phone number. I'm currently forced to use iSymphony's CRM pop-up feature as a supplement for CRM Pop-Ups until I figure this out.

Put the number in a temp
Put the number in a temp variable, populate that field with the name, do the look up, then repopulate the number in that field.
