question about restricting outbound call

Posted by dfortin on Thu, 02/25/2010

We need to be able to restrict outbound calls from each tenant we are using, from what we understund maximum concurrent calls is suppose to limit inbound and outbound calls, wich in this case it doesnt.

I set up 2 tenant both of em with the same sip trunk, set the max concurent calls to 2 on each tenant and i was still able to dial out on more then 2 lines

any help

regards

SBK DEV team

i found some setgroup thing we can set but we'd rather work with thirdlane Gui for restriction.

thanks

Is there a reason that you started a second thread about the same issue you're experiencing? If you need an urgent answer, buy a Support package from Thirdlane and stop spamming the forums.

If ya wanna reserve support to people that bought the license jsut close it, my bad for the double post, didnt expect that kinda of response from someone selling a product ......

best regards

actually the license itself is just a license, no free support comes with a license. the forums are free, but there is no expectation of service. I believe what ci_newman was saying is that if the situation is so dire or critical that you felt the need to post it multiple times, then you should seek paid support as the responses on the forum come from other users. they may not get answered at all, or they might take a week before someone who has experienced the same problem to post something useful.

My apologies as my comments earlier were a little blunt but as Erik correctly pointed out we are other users of TL and not paid to provide support for you.

Your license purchase doesn't entitle you to paid support, just a license to use the software.
