Removing generic voicemail message

I have recorded a personal voicemail message and that's fine, the only problem is that when a call is sent to voicemail the system will play the personal message first and then play the default generic one after that, before allowing the caller to leave a message. How do I remove the generic default recording?

Any help would be much appreciated

Thanks. You could have just written RTFM, that would have been just as helpful.

How about something like: "You should change the options on the voicemail to: s"

you found the answer didn't you? just giving you the answer would have been a waste of both of our times and you would have come back with 6 more questions like 'where do i put s?', 'I cant find where this goes?' etc. Now I know you're not just a freeloader. After all, we are in the business of selling support. If the person is so limited in their skills that they cant find correct answer when pointed to a 20 line resource, they definitely need to pay for support. As a side-effect you also know more about the VoiceMail application than you did before and how different recordings are invoked.
