OK Here the scenario.
My business is open M-F 9 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. and Sat 10 a.m. to 14:00 p.m.
We are closed 17:01 p.m. to 23:59 and 00:00 to 8:59 a.m.
Sunday Closed all day!
This is how I currently have my system set and it works great!
However we were closed for the 4th of July all day so i went in and added another time range to the closed Schedule of July 4th and left all other feilds with a *
and it did not work.
Please help me figure out what I should have put to make this time range over ride my exisiting open and closed hrs.
Thanks
Jeremy

best do do it this way for inbound route schedule based:
1. vacation schedule - either night ivr or special ivr
2. open hours schedule - daytime task (ivr, huntlist etc)
3. all hours schedule - night ivr
so for your open hours schedule you do 9:00 to 16:59 m-f and 10:00 to 13:59 sat
make a new schedule for vacation schedule and for july 4th just make it jul - jul, 4th - 4th, and * everywhere else
