Hello,
I have a single tenant install PBX, this install was recently changed from being connected to an ISDN2 to SIP for inboung and outbound calls. All is working ok bar forwarding handsets to mobiles when everyone is out of the office, the mobile rings but when answered there is no audio in either direction.
If a call comes in and it gets transferred to a mobile device then audio is fine.
The PBX sits behind a NAT firewall and the following ports are open inbound, there is no restriction outbound:
TCP/UDP 10001 - 20000
TCP/UDP 5060
Any advise would be appreciated, apologies if I have missed out any required information please ask.

Hi Bradbpart,
I mention mobile phones, I assume you have the same issue when forwarding to a landline?
Do you have can reinvites enabled for your sip trunk?
If so try disabling it.
Also do you have an externalip entry in your sip.conf general settings?
Cheers,
