Text to prepend caller id name field on the routes

When using the "Text to prepend to caller id name" in the DID properties on the inbound routes page the phone does not display the caller id of the incoming call anymore, just the prepended digit. Even if I only put 1 letter in the Text to prepend field the phone display shows just the 1 character and none of the digits from the incoming caller ID.

Some more info on this.

I have created a new extension on our MTE box with a tenant that has a working prepend and the caller ID now shows on the prepended digit instead of the prepend and caller ID. On the older created extension when you call in it shows the prepended digit followed by the CNAME caller ID.

It does not work at all on our Single tenant PBX
