Thirdlane Asterisk server Hangs WARNING[18030]: udptl.c:680 ast_udptl_read: UDPTL (no tag): read error: Bad file descriptor

Dear All,

We are experiencing issues for third lane server is hanging the asterisk service with below error and as well as Warning,

We are suffering allot all of sudden asterisk works stops then we have been running 800 plus users on this server every time it's nightmare.!!

Can anyone please help me out on this below error,
