Thirdlane Connect Download (Windows)

8.0.3.9 - click to download the desktop version from the web app it's trying to download Setup.exe - the file is in lower case (setup.exe)

I can't even find the download button to click. We have 8.0.3.9, has cert, When I login using a connect enabled exstension ID it just goes to the plain jane web gui, I can find no download link.

Https://ourMTweburl/connect get 404 cannot find

Can someone give me a URL that SHOULD work? Standard install, and we have the in house wherewithall to figure it out with a little hint???

@jakeness: This is already fixed, just do an update.
@biznet: https://your_MT_server_addres/connect should just work, check if thirdlane-connect-mt rpm is installed (yum install thirdlane-connect-mt), if this will not help, please ping me at eugene<@>thirdlane.com.

OK, Thanks Eugene. The next problem FYI: V. 8.0.3.9, MT

The webapp works fine in windows 10.

The installed from the WEb APP (Windows) Desktop APP will not sign in using All Caps in Tenant name: eg; BNT-2003. V 1.1.1 of windows desktop app.

It automatically rejects the login and returns the All caps (Tenant name) part to lower case. It does work fine with Lower case tenant identifiers. Having staff check Mac OS/X

Just thought you'd like to know.

This issue takes place in Thirdlane Connect on all desktop platforms. The fix will be available in the next release, which is quite soon.
