2009-10-06 Fixed a bug where "Can manage all tenants" option was not shown when editing an administrator.
2009-10-06 Fixed a bug where after a tenant was created by an administrator with the right to create tenants but not the right to access all tenants the administrator was not immediately assigned and could not see/manage this tenant. Thanks Patrick
