2011-03-22 Added checks to determine whether iSymphony operator panel is installed.
2011-03-15 Made tar command (used in backup) copy data pointed by symbolic links (rather than storing links in the archive). This fixes a problem in HA installations that use DRBD. Thanks Erik
2011-03-15 Added "translation mode" which will help translating PBX Manager by turning text into corresponding keys from the language files. To run PBX Manager in "translation mode" you will have to create a user with the user name starting with "translator" (such as translatordominic, or translator1) and then login as that user. Now that it is easy to see keys and text they point to side by side (just run it as 2 different users) I hope we'll get some new translations or get outdated translations up to date :). Volunteers? there is a serious bug that requires a new release - please don't use 6.1.1.8 - we will be releasing a new build shortly.

Hi,

where can I download the previous version?

I have installed the PBX Manager 6.1.1.8 and it don't have the Agents create button, only can create Queues.

you dont get agents if you are running asterisk 1.6.x or 1.8.x. That whole system depreciated when digium removed the AgentCallbackLogin command from asterisk.

It's there any work around in order to create and use the Agents Feature of Asterisk 1.6 & 1.8 with Thirdlane PBX Manager?

We have our Support CallCenter with this feature, and it's a bad idea for us disable this functionality.

you can either make the devices (ie sip channels) static members of a queue or dynamic members.. the dynamic setting doesn't do anything other than allow the flash application to dynamically insert you into the queue. There are a few ways to dynamically insert yourself in the queue.

1. make it a dynamic member and join/leave queues from the flash app in the user portal

2. use a feature code to insert/remove yourself by the AddQueueMember application

3. use isymphony and join/leave a queue dynamically by letting it execute the add queue member function for you.

So I see 6.1.1.9 is available but 6.1.1.8 is still being offered via the "check for updates"
link and via the "Download" on the TL site. (Multi-tenant version). Is 6.1.1.9 on hold
for something?
