We are looking for someone to assist us with the following:
- General Support beyond Forums
- Emergency Support at a Premium Rate
- Assistance with the strategic planning, development and roll out of a high-availability MTE solution with expansion to multiple servers (future phase)
But in general, we're looking for someone who we can email a question (for example, how do we do X?) and get a response within a reasonable amount of time. Then we would also be looking for emergency support on the phone (for example, Calls are unable to complete.) mainly during business hours and a higher rate for after business hours.
