Hi,
one of my customer required the Time based routing the calls.
i mean From Mon --- Friday -- it should play one ivr
Fri --- Mon --- It should Play Wekend Ivr
Everday 12 PM -- 1Pm It should Play Lunch Ivr
Right now i am doing mannualy is their any i can it automatic based on the timings?
please help me on this issue

Set up a schedule and use it to route the different IVR's.
you can set it up in the inbound route.
