Dear All, Can anyone help me out how to figure it out I am not very sure about this issues with Different timings? Most of our customers are in EST time our hosted multi tenant server also running and under EST timings only but some customers they are working in CST timings they asked me to swtich all their voicemails should say in CST only not in EST, How we need to setup is there any kind of settings or script need to be use? You can add tz=central in the Other mailbox options field for each extension to override the default timezone. Check voicemail.conf under [zonemessages] to see the available timezones on your system.
