Unable to include switch 'Realtime' in context

I have recently installed thirdlane-en-mt-3.1-x86_64-beta.iso
When entering through the webmin, I followed the instrauctions and set it up as realtime server.

I then continued to creat a test tenant I always use to test if everything is working.

I was able to receive inbound calls, but weren't able to make outbound calls. In the cli i received this error:

ERROR[5401]: pbx.c:3652 ast_func_read: Function TL_TENANT not registered

When reloading asterisk I receive the following Warning:
WARNING[5436]: pbx_config.c:1632 pbx_load_config: Unable to include switch 'Realtime' in context 'feature-extensions-Test' at line 0 of extensions.conf

I'm sure there is a simple explanation for this, but I cant find one.
