Upgrade path for PBX Manager 6.0.1.78

Hi Guys,

I have a customer that has PBX Manager 6.0.1.78, Can I upgrade inplace to the latest version?
or should I do small rev upgrades until I get to the latest?

Then backup and restore to a fresh install?

what do you guys think?
